Director of Design
Own how PlanIt looks, feels and behaves.

You set the design standard for the product and marketing. You lead the design team, keep everything consistent and make the experience delightful for organizers and guests.
What you will do
- Maintain the design system and visual language
- Review designs and shipped UI for quality
- Lead and mentor designers
- Design key flows and marketing visuals
- Partner closely with the CPO and frontend lead
What we are looking for
- A strong portfolio of product or web design
- Strong sense of typography, layout and motion
- Comfortable with Figma or similar
Nice to have
- Front-end code familiarity (React, Tailwind)
- Motion design skills

Compensation
